ایف بی آر پی او ایس انٹیگریشن کیا ہےFBR requires Tier-1 retailers to connect their point of sale to FBR so that every sale is reported as it happens. Tier-1 includes, among others, shops that are part of a national or international chain, shops in air-conditioned malls, and retailers above the size or electricity-bill limits FBR sets. Check with your tax advisor or FBR whether your shop is Tier-1.
For an integrated shop, every receipt carries an FBR invoice number and a QR code. Customers can scan the QR code in FBR's Tax Asaan app to check that the sale was reported, and each invoice carries FBR's Re 1 POS service fee.
How Tillo Retail reports to FBR
Your POS ID and token
Register each counter with FBR and get its POS ID. Enter it with FBR's token in Settings › FBR, test in FBR's sandbox, then go live.
Sent with every sale
When a bill is completed, the invoice goes to FBR straight away, with its items, sales tax and payment method.
Invoice number and QR code
The receipt prints with FBR's invoice number and QR code, and the FBR POS logo if you add it.
Works offline
If FBR doesn't answer within a few seconds, the receipt prints anyway and the invoice is sent when the internet is back.
Fix and send again
If FBR rejects an invoice, its reason shows. Fix it (an HS code, say) and send it again.
Sales tax report
Prices with or without sales tax, each product's rate, and a sales tax report for your return.
The Re 1 service fee and your counters
- The Re 1 FBR POS service fee is added to every invoice reported to FBR, as FBR requires, and shows on the receipt and in the day end.
- Counters with an FBR POS ID report and charge the fee. A counter without one, a back-office computer for example, sells without either.
- The sales list marks each bill's FBR status, and the day end shows any invoice not yet sent.

Questions and answers
Does FBR POS integration cost extra in Tillo Retail?
No. It is part of the same one-time license. The only charge is FBR's own Re 1 POS service fee on each invoice, which the customer pays on the bill.
What happens when the internet is down?
The sale is completed and the receipt prints as usual. The invoice waits on the computer and is sent to FBR by itself when the connection is back, so nothing is lost and the counter never stops.
Can I test it before sending real invoices?
Yes. Tillo Retail can send to FBR's sandbox first. Switch to live when you're ready.
Does every counter need its own POS ID?
Each counter that reports to FBR uses the POS ID FBR gave it. A counter without a POS ID sells as normal without reporting or charging the Re 1 fee.
Is my shop required to integrate with FBR?
FBR requires Tier-1 retailers to integrate their point of sale. Whether your shop is Tier-1 depends on FBR's rules for things like chains, malls, shop size and electricity bills, so check with your tax advisor or FBR.
