3 monthsfreeWhat a kiryana counter needs
کریانہ کاؤنٹر کی ہر ضرورتTillo Retail was made around a Pakistani grocery store: loose daal and sugar, cartons and pieces, regular customers on khata, and a distributor's van every week.
Quick billing
Scan barcodes, search by name or item number, or tap product tiles. Hold a bill while the next customer pays.
Loose items by weight
Sell by kg or gram, from a label-printing scale, or by amount: Rs 200 of daal. The price and quantity are worked out.
Cartons and pieces
A carton of 24 has its own barcode and price, and stock is kept in pieces. Buy in cartons and sell loose.
4,400 products ready
Start with ready-made Pakistani general-store products: names, barcodes, prices and pictures. Change anything and add your own.
Khata on the bill
Put a sale on a customer's khata, or part of it, and take payments at the counter. More about khata.
Know what sells
Today's sales and profit, best sellers, slow movers, and what's running low before it runs out.
Stock and buying from distributors
اسٹاک اور خریداریEvery sale takes its stock off by itself. When an item drops below its reorder level it shows on the home screen, so the order to the distributor starts from what is actually running low.
- Purchase orders in cartons and bags, sent to the supplier and received in parts when the van brings half.
- Goods received update the cost and the stock, and the supplier's khata shows what you owe.
- Stock counts and adjustments for damaged or expired goods, with the reason kept.
- Profit is worked out on the real cost of what was sold, so the day's margin is the true one.

Questions and answers
Is Tillo Retail good for a small kiryana store with one computer?
Yes. One Windows computer is enough: it holds the shop's data and works as the counter. Add more counters later, up to 10, with no extra license.
Does it work with my weighing scale?
Label-printing scales work when their barcode carries the weight or the price: scan the label and the item goes on the bill. Without a label scale, type the weight, or the amount the customer wants (Rs 200 of daal), and Tillo Retail works out the rest.
Do I have to type in all my products?
No. Start with about 4,400 ready-made products sold in Pakistani general stores, with names, barcodes, prices and many pictures. Untick the categories you don't sell and change prices whenever you like.
Does it need internet?
No. Everything is on the shop's own computer, so billing never stops. Internet is only for FBR reporting (if your shop needs it) and for updates.
What does it cost?
Nothing for the first 3 months. Then Rs 10,000 once for the whole shop, with no monthly fee.
